Our founder spent the past year embedded full-time inside the federal government, leading the modernization of the retirement system at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. After three prior failures and $130M spent, this final attempt succeeded due to execution: deep collaboration with experts, rapid iteration, and getting systems into production with operational excellence.
